Pakistani police and troops fired warning shots to break up a protest over food shortages by people who have fled a military operation against the Taliban. The offensive has seen the northwestern tribal area of North Waziristan hit by more than a week of shelling and air raids, and more than 450,000 people have fled ahead of an impending ground assault, with many going to the nearby town of Bannu. مقبوضہ بلوچستان کے ضلع پنجگور میں اٹھائیس فروری کو ساڑھے دس بجے پنجگور چتکان میں نیو کمپلکس ٹرمینل کے قریب پاکستانی فوج کی گاڑی پر حملہ کیا گیا۔جس سے گاڑی میں سوار ایک آفیسر سمیت دو اہلکار ہلاک ہوئے ہیں۔ یہ پاکستانی آرمی کی فیکٹری کی گاڑی تھی جہاں وہ کجھور کی پیکنگ کا کام کرتے ہیں۔ ستائیس فروری کو شام نو بج کر بیس منٹ پرضلع کیچ کے شہر تربت میں سنگانی سر میں بورڈ کے قریب پاکستانی فوج کی چوکی پر آر پی جی کے دو گولے فائر کئے جو چوکی پر جا لگے جس سے دو اہلکار ہلاک اور ایک زخمی ہوا ہے۔ ان حملوں کی ذمہ داری بعد میں بلوچستان لبریشن فرنٹ کے ترجمان میجر گہرام بلوچ نے میڈیا میں جاری بیان میں قبول کیا ہے۔
